We are looking for a Family Advisor to join our service in Yiewsley. This role involves helping people to improve and sustain their practical, emotional, social, and financial skills within a safe and caring environment.
As a Family Advisor, you will be a true team player who values collaboration and contributes to a positive, supportive working environment, skilled at building and maintaining trusting relationships - not just with the people we support, but also with external partners and service providers.
We are seeking passionate individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and dynamic, solutions focused and have a keen interest in supporting people to improve their lives. Experience is a bonus, but not essential as training will be provided.
The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle. Please note, this post is subject to an enhanced check made by the Disclosure & Barring Services, paid for by P3.
