Teaching Assistant Role:

2. Working one-on-one or with small groups, including pupils with additional needs.
3. Assisting in the preparation of classroom activities and learning materials.
4. Fostering a positive, inclusive environment where every child feels supported.
5. Collaborating with staff to promote students' academic progress and emotional well-being.
Teaching Assistant Requirements:
1. Experience working with children is advantageous, but not essential - we welcome entry-level applicants with the right mindset.
