SEN Tutor Salary: £25 - £35 Per hour Job Duties: Provide tailored support and guidance to students with special educational needs (SEN) Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' academic and social skills Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience working with students with SEN Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with SEN students Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of different learning styles and SEN strategies Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Strong organisational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN) Training in specific interventions for SEN students Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible schedule Work in a classroom or one-on-one setting with students Collaborate with other education professionals and parents All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
