The post-holder will focus on promoting emotional wellbeing, early intervention, fostering resilience, and supporting the holistic recovery of young people experiencing mental health challenges.
The post-holder will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external agencies to deliver person-centred care and safeguard CYP.
