NES Fircroft are recruiting a Rentals Equipment Coordinator to join our clients Planning, Logistics & Materials team, supporting day-to-day operations across the Southern North Sea. This role sits within the warehouse function and is all about tracking rental equipment, keeping registers accurate, checking invoices, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. If you’re organised, detail-driven, and comfortable juggling data and stakeholders, this one’s for you. What you’ll be doing: Tracking rental equipment from hire to off-hire Updating rental registers using SAP, delivery notes & consignment notes Preparing equipment for off-hire within 24 hours of warehouse receipt Checking invoices, quantities, serial numbers & hire dates Investigating discrepancies with Accounts Producing bi-weekly management and outstanding hire reports Supporting monthly rental review meetings Working closely with warehouse & offshore/onshore teams What we’re looking for: Highly organised with strong numerical and planning skills Sharp attention to detail Confident communicator – written & verbal Strong Excel & Microsoft Office skills SAP experience helpful, not essential Full UK driving licence This is a great opportunity to get embedded with a major O&G operator and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.
