Job Summary
An opportunity has arisen to work as part of the Estates & Facilities Cleaning Services Department as a Cleaning Services Assistant at Bradford Royal Infirmary.
Successful applicants will have the opportunity to work full or part time hours or weekends.

Main Responsibilities
•Clean hospital public areas including entrances, corridors, lifts, toilets, wards, theatres, and departments.
•Use specialist cleaning equipment to maintain required hygiene standards.
•Follow national healthcare cleanliness standards and internal operating procedures.
•Ensure all areas are left tidy, safe, and presentable for staff, patients, and visitors.
•Work efficiently as part of the cleaning team to support a safe hospital environment.
Essential Skills
•Good command of the English Language
•Demonstrates ability to work to schedules & Teamwork
•Demonstrates a flexible approach to work on Application/Interview
•Willingness to undergo on the job training
•Willing to work towards an appropriate NVQ qualification
Desirable Skills
•Experience of Hospital Environment
•Knowledge of cleaning materials, equipment and procedures
