Nigel Wright is recruiting for this hugely successful global conglomerate, with a range of brands for both consumer and business audiences, they are heavily investing in their UK business.
Now, we're looking for an experienced B2B Head of Marketing & Brand lead the charge in shaping how their brand shows up in the UK market. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who thrives on building impactful campaigns and driving measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Brand Strategy: Define and execute a UK brand strategy aligned with global platforms and local ambitions.
* Drive Integrated Campaigns: Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, events, and offline.
* Champion the Brand: Ensure consistency across all touchpoints and train internal teams on brand standards.
* Lead the development of CRM, nurture and retention planning and oversee execution
* Plan and lead the execution of ABM campaigns, agreeing target accounts in collaboration with Sales, working closely with key account managers to ensure aligned processes and outcomes
* Leverage Insights: Track KPIs, analyze performance, and use data to optimize campaigns.
* Manage Budgets: Own the brand marketing budget with a strong ROI mindset.
What You'll Bring

* Proven track record in integrated campaigns and brand strategy.

This is a newly created role and a fantastic opportunity to build and nurture a high performing marketing team.
The role is hybrid with the requirement to be in Birmingham 1-2 days a week and 1 day in London
