Full time, Permanent Milton Keynes Competitive Ref No: IPRS7314 Our client has an opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team. You will be working with a small but friendly and well-established HR team looking after around 500 employees including the head office team and also field based employees. You will work across a full range of HR matters offering full support to the HR Manager in the running of all day-to-day general aspects of HR and all aspects of the employee lifecycle including:
* Recruitment including Job descriptions, interviewing
* Onboarding and Induction
* Absence management
* Performance management
* Employee relations
* Leaver procedures including exit interviews
* Training administration and running HR topic workshops
* Benefits and rewards
* Ad-hoc project work
* Compliance
* Data analysis
Skills, Experience and Education Requirements:
* Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to converse at all levels, written & verbally
* Experience of working in a similar role within an HR department
* Solid Microsoft package skills
