About the role
As an Administrator with Exemplar Health Care, you’ll ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner and assist with the administration needs of our teams to ensure the smooth running of the business.
No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. being responsible for working independently on projects
2. supporting the Executive Management Team PA’s in Central Services
3. coordinating office activities to ensure the team are compliant to policies and procedures
4. regular stock taking and ordering of office stationery
5. working with the receptionist to welcome staff and guests
6. managing company correspondence, including telephone calls, emails, letters and daily post
7. data entry, and ensuring all records are up to date and accurate.
