Head of Dispute Resolution
Taunton Based, Full time role.
Job Role
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints or disputes, facilitate negotiations, ensure compliance with laws and company policies, and provide feedback to prevent future disputes.
* Facilitate negotiations between parties to achieve fair resolution.
* Maintain accurate documentation and case records.
* Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the department's team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
What we need
* Previous experience in managing a dispute resolution team or department.
* Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
* To be a qualified solicitor with 6+ years experience handling litigation.
