Logistic Officers/Purchasing Officers/Procurement Officers
Description
We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Logistics / Purchasing / Procurement Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing fresh, high-quality produce and supplies to keep our commercial kitchen and outlets running smoothly. You’ll work closely with local suppliers, manage stock, negotiate favorable terms, and help drive cost-saving initiatives across our food businesses.
You will play a key role in supporting:
* Vintage Tea Emporium
* Vintage Curry Emporium
* Vintage Takeaway Emporium Food Trucks
* Vintage Bakery and Outlet

Must be willing to relocate to Uttoxeter or nearby areas
Responsibilities
1. Overseeing procurement and supply chain management for outdoor and indoor catering.
o Menu Planning
o Coordinating and managing the supply chain and inventory related to catering
2. Managing private events, catering, and outdoor bar facilities.
o Managing food supply from the restaurant kitchen and private venues
3. Managing food trucks and outdoor food market stalls.
o Advertising and coordinating with food stalls and trucks
o Route and venue planning
o Managing operations and costs of food trucks and sales staff
o Handling licensing and permits
4. Coordinating with chefs, kitchen managers, and restaurant managers.
5. Managing relations with third parties including customers, suppliers, and licensing authorities.
6. Reporting to the Office Manager on revenue and costs related to catering.
Qualifications
* Degree or diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics Management.
* Strong communication skills.
* Analytical skills for data tracking and purchasing decisions.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Experience in food procurement is advantageous.
* Proactive attitude and willingness to relocate to Staffordshire.
Salary and Benefits
Competitive salary between £35,000 – £40,000 per annum.
