We are seeking a responsible, reliable, service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fun environment. The candidate will support the team, act as the go-to person in the absence of the Store Manager, and serve as a role model by demonstrating a positive attitude and product knowledge. The role involves assisting with administrative and operational duties, store security, and maintaining a well-presented store.
Key Responsibilities
* Support store management in daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and cleanliness.
* Act as a role model, demonstrating positive attitude and product knowledge.
* Create memorable customer experiences through authentic service.
* Achieve sales goals, support local marketing efforts, and drive store success.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, and inventory management.
* Manage stock and visual merchandising to meet store KPIs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Proven success in retail sales.
* Experience in customer-facing roles; supervisory experience is a plus.
* Adaptable to fast-paced environments.
* Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Passion for our brands and their lifestyles.
