About the Role
Nestled in the heart of beautiful Pembrokeshire, this long established small animal veterinary practice is seeking a passionate and confident part-time Veterinary Surgeon to join their growing team. With over 70 years of history and a loyal client base, the clinic offers a diverse caseload and a wealth of experience, making it the perfect opportunity for a skilled vet who’s ready to take on exciting cases and develop their clinical interests.
The successful candidate will join a dedicated team and benefit from the support of two highly experienced vets. The practice is fully equipped to provide a wide range of services, including routine surgeries, orthopaedic procedures, gastroscopy, laser therapy, acupuncture, stem cell therapy, PRP, and much more. With an in-house lab and comprehensive diagnostic tools, this is a role that truly allows you to explore every aspect of small animal medicine.
Confidence working independently is key, and this position suits a vet who enjoys autonomy as well as collaboration. Whether you’re handling soft tissue surgery, conducting lameness work ups, or diving into endoscopic diagnostics, you’ll find the clinical variety stimulating and professionally fulfilling.
Experience and Skills
• Confidence working independently with the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
• Interest in developing clinical skills across a range of services (including endoscopy, orthopaedics, and regenerative therapies).
