The Role
The role of the Purchasing Co-Ordinator’s it to perform activities within the company’s supply and demand value stream, to enable the business to realise its commitments to both customers and suppliers. It involves supporting with supplier management & the procurement and buying of goods and services
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Ensure requisitions are processed and issued to Suppliers
* Purchase Requisition Support
* Order Expediting
* Supplier Quotations
* Supply base for Materials, Indirect goods, and Services
* Input into Procurement KPIs, taking appropriate action where required.
* Input into Supplier selection & tender process
* Maintain master data within the Sage X3 ERP system, including pricing, supplier lead times and minimum order quantities.
* Monitor and maintain service contracts and renewal dates
