With Partners recruited from Top 10 international firms and sustained financial investment behind its strategy, the firm is now seeking an Employment Partner to support its next phase of expansion.
The Firm
This is a full-service commercial practice advising major business clients across Corporate, Employment, Commercial Disputes and Construction, alongside a strong private wealth offering. The firm has built a reputation for high-quality, big-ticket work delivered within a genuinely collaborative environment.
Significant financial backing and ambitious growth plans position the firm strongly for the next 5–10 years with a new London office set to open, and further acquisitions already on the horizon.
The Role
You will join the Employment team at Partner level, working alongside the Head of Department to further grow and shape the practice.
The team advises on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters including TUPE, HR contracts, unfair dismissal, tribunal litigation, whistleblowing, pensions-related employment issues and corporate support. The firm’s strong Corporate practice provides a consistent flow of cross-referral work.
