Regional HR Advisor Tachbrook Park Warwick 9 month Fixed Term Contract, Full-time, Hybrid up to £45,000 pro rata (Dependent on experience) A Regional HR Advisor role where Employee Relations is at the heart of what you do. Are you a confident HR Advisor with a strong Employee Relations background, or an experienced ER Advisor looking for a broader regional remit? This is a fantastic opportunity to join Calor in a regional HR advisory role with ER as the primary focus. As part of our expanding People Experience team, you’ll work closely with a Regional HR Manager, providing expert, hands-on ER support across our central functions, commercial teams, and the wider business. This role has become available due to internal progression, reflecting our commitment to developing talent and creating clear pathways for growth. About the role While this role carries the title of Regional HR Advisor, your day-to-day focus will be firmly centred on Employee Relations. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to managers and colleagues, supporting a varied and often complex ER caseload and helping to build confidence and capability across the business. Key responsibilities include: Leading on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence management, and capability cases Providing clear, pragmatic ER advice to managers, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes Coaching and supporting managers to effectively handle ER issues and conversations Managing sensitive colleague matters with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality Supporting conflict resolution and mediation to achieve positive outcomes Partnering with the Regional HR Manager on wider HR initiatives where required, while maintaining ER as your core focus Using HR data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement in ER practice This is a high-impact advisory role, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the business and influencing outcomes through strong relationships and sound judgement. About you You’ll be a credible HR professional with strong ER experience and the confidence to advise and influence at all levels. We’re looking for someone who has: Proven experience in a HR Advisory or ER Advisor role, with significant exposure to employee relations casework Strong working knowledge across the employee lifecycle, with ER as a core strength Experience communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior managers Strong influencing, coaching, and decision-making skills A practical, solutions-focused approach to HR and ER challenges Experience mentoring or coaching managers on people matters CIPD qualification (or equivalent) — desirable, not essential You’ll be someone who builds trust quickly, challenges constructively, and brings both empathy and commercial thinking to every situation.
