Tenancy Management Officer needed in Uxbridge, paying £16.29 per hour, ref 1546168
Full-time hours on a temporary basis
We’re looking for a proactive Tenancy Management Officer to deliver end-to-end tenancy services — from property viewings and sign-ups to supporting residents throughout their tenancy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a patch of tenancies across various tenancy types.
2. Identify risks early and support residents to live independently.
3. Promote tenancy sustainment and prevent homelessness.
4. Handle statutory rights and responsibilities throughout the tenancy.
5. Work with partner agencies to deliver positive outcomes.
