Broker Internal Account Manager (Healthcare) Office based can be based from either Caerphilly OR Tamworth Reporting to:Healthcare Sales Manager Workingwithin the Healthcare division providingoffice-basedsalessupport to customers in the Healthcare sector- dealingwith sales enquiries and opportunities forthe designatedportfolio of customers.Consistentlymeetingpersonalobjectives and delivering individual and teamperiodic / quarterly / yearly sales targets. What youll be doing as a Broker Internal Account Manager: Dealingwith Sales Enquiries Ensureall customerenquiriesare responded to within agreed timescales. Illustrate and quote customer requests. Recording and processing enquiries within the business sales portal Coordinate,progress and communicate installation with customers where relevant. Conducting Outbound Sales/ Tele Surveyand Courtesy Calls Conduct outbound sales and information gathering project calls as required and as directed by the Healthcare Sales Manager Execute telesales campaigns to generate new business opportunities. Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into sales. Achieve individual and team telesales targets by proactively making outbound calls. Data & Reporting Collate all relevant detailanddocuments to provideaseamlesscustomerexperience. Maintain accurate database of business generated and corresponding business movements. Record the results of any outbound sales call project accurately in the required format. Interaction and Responsibility Reporting to theHealthcare SalesManager Direct interaction with Customers via e-mail, Teams and phone Direct interaction with otherHealthcare team colleagues e.g., Healthcare Account Managers and Key Account Managers.
