Qualifications and Skills
* Networking skills with clients and contractors.
* Senior management and safety leadership experience.
* Understanding of construction technology and diverse project environments.
* Effective communication and team management skills.
* Degree in quantity surveying or commercial management, CSCS, SMSTS certifications.
Additional Desired Skills
* Knowledge of innovative construction technologies including MMC.
* Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
* Presentation skills and talent identification for development.
* Leadership capability to build high-performing teams.
* MRICS or CIOB membership preferred.
