In our Buckie services, we are recruiting for Female Support Workers to support 5 individuals who live in their own homes to live as independently as possible. Shift lengths can vary from 1 - 8 hours. We also have waking night shifts and sleepovers and some overnight support is required by all staff. We are currently recruiting for a part time position of 20 hours roles and have a strong preference for staff to hold a UK driving license but would consider experienced staff without this. Sometimes the people we support really need a male or female person to support them. For this particular role, a female colleague is required. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act 2010 Your values: The people we support like to be supported by people who respect them and their homes, but who also like to have fun!
