Key Accountabilities
As a Despatch Team Member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. Your day-to-day will involve:
✅ Picking & Loading: Accurately assembling and loading products onto the right vehicles.
✅ Stock Rotation & Quality Control: Ensuring fresh, high-quality products reach our customers.
✅ Keeping Things Moving: Identifying and resolving issues like stock shortages or product damage.
✅ Teamwork & Safety: Working together to meet deadlines while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
✅ Equipment Use: Operating forklifts and other MHE safely (training available if needed).

🔹 A good level of fitness for light to heavy lifting
