We are currently looking for an experienced Senior People Programme Manager to join our team.
As a Senior People Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic people change across our organisation. You'll take ownership of high-impact, complex transformation programmes from concept to delivery, ensuring initiatives align with our overall business strategy and deliver measurable benefits to colleagues, customers, and the organisation.

What you'll do:
* Lead the People Transformation agenda across the business, focusing on delivery of our highest priority projects and programmes
* Define, implement, and manage governance and reporting across the function ensuring alignment to broader business processes
* Lead, coach and support a matrix team to prioritise and deliver business needs
* Work with stakeholders to create a transformation narrative suitable for all colleagues to share our rationale for change and the benefits it will bring to them
* Create a holistic change roadmap that prioritises the needs of the colleagues, customers and the business and sequence and plan to maximise benefit
* Problem solving on all levels, dealing with complex issues, and point of escalation for day-to-day escalations
* Continually seek improvement opportunities and own the implementation and roll-out, factoring into the roadmap of activity
* Support colleagues from across the business by sharing knowledge and change methodologies
* Work closely with business and operational leaders to gain an understanding of their pain-points and develop effective solutions
* Define financial benefit cases and establish tracking mechanisms to monitor delivery of agreed ROI and controls as appropriate
Who you are:
* Extensive experience in project or programme management, ideally within consulting or large-scale commercial organisations
* Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale, complex people transformation programmes
* Strong understanding of HR policies, systems, and employment legislation
* Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end (cradle to grave) in complex and fast-paced environments
* Previous involvement in the implementation or embedding of software/systems
* Experience working within wider transformation portfolios, understanding the interdependencies and business context
* Comfortable presenting and influencing at board and executive levels
* Highly skilled in stakeholder engagement, able to build relationships across all levels of the business
* Strategic mindset with excellent prioritisation and planning skills
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide meaningful data-driven insights
* Confident in creating and delivering high-quality PowerPoint presentations to influence and inform
* Experience running or contributing to a Project Management Office (PMO), including development of governance documentation
* Experience working closely with procurement teams on systems or service implementation
