As a Kitchen Leader, you are essential to the seamless operation of each shift. You work alongside Managers and act as the eyes and ears for back-of-house operations to ensure the success of our stores. Pret offers growth through our Training Academy, opening opportunities for future management roles.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the consistent creation of delicious food in alignment with Pret a Manger's exacting standards and operational needs.
* Lead and inspire the team by embodying and promoting the core values and qualities of Pret a Manger.
* Act as the guardian and custodian of Pret a Manger's quality standards.
* Adhere to all Pret a Manger health and safety policies to guarantee the safety of all products served to our customers.
* Conduct stock counts and administrative tasks meticulously and accurately to support smooth operations.
