You will be working independently throughout the night, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of individuals in supported living. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. This role requires initiative, reliability, and the ability to manage situations confidently while working solo.

Key Responsibilities:
* Working independently as a Part-Time Night Support Worker to provide overnight care, reassurance, and emotional support.
* Responding to any needs or emergencies calmly and professionally.
* Encouraging independence and promoting a person-centred approach.
* Completing essential cleaning tasks throughout the night, ensuring communal areas, kitchens, and bathrooms are sanitised.
* Carrying out laundry duties and maintaining a comfortable living environment.
* Monitoring and recording any significant events or changes.
* Attending and keeping all mandatory training up to date to ensure the highest standard of care and compliance.
About You:
* We are looking for individuals who are:
* Confident and responsible, with the ability to work alone during night shifts.
* Experienced in support work, social care, or a similar role (preferred but not essential).
* Caring, patient, and committed to promoting independence.
* Able to stay up to date with mandatory training and apply their knowledge in practice.
* Proactive in problem-solving and able to respond effectively to unexpected situations.
* Comfortable with cleaning tasks and maintaining hygiene standards.
