Responsibilities

* Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Train new kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

* Innovate new menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback.
Experience
* Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
* Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management and leadership.
* Comprehensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy kitchen environment.
