You'll hunt for new business, then make it happen. One minute you'll be on a sales call winning a new client, the next you'll be on the phone matching a brilliant driver with their perfect shift. What you'll do: Sales & Business Development: Proactively grow our client base through calls, emails, and meetings. This is about building relationships and spotting opportunities. Full Recruitment Cycle: Source, interview, and register great drivers. You'll be the main point of contact, ensuring they're compliant and ready to work. Operations & Service: Fill shifts efficiently, solve daily challenges, and provide exceptional service to both clients and drivers. Reliability is key. What we're looking for: A driven and resilient personality – you don't shy away from a challenge. Excellent communication skills – you can build rapport quickly, whether on a cold call or in an interview. A sales mindset – you enjoy persuading, negotiating, and closing opportunities. Fantastic organisational skills – you can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball. Experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment is a plus, but attitude trumps all.
