Responsibilities
* Purchase and Sales Ledger and weekly supplier payment runs
* Chasing debt via the telephone, letter or email
* Dealing with intercompany transactions and reconciliations
* Deal with finance inbox
* Processing monthly expenses and credit cards
* Deal with other departments as required
Qualifications/Skills
* Experience in similar position is essential (preferably over 1 year)
* Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger experience
* Experience with Sage is preferred
* A strong team player who can support other areas of the business
* Good customer service skills with a strong customer focus
* Positive, pro-active with a ‘can do’ attitude with strong problem-solving skills
