What is the role and company?
A rapidly growing boutique consulting firm specialising in Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solutions is seeking a Senior Consultant with strong expertise in BOARD to join its London team. The firm partners with leading organisations to deliver finance transformation projects using advanced CPM technologies.
This role combines technical development within the BOARD platform with functional design responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys bridging business requirements and technology solutions. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are available for the right candidate.
What will I be doing?
As a BOARD Senior Consultant, you will:
* Configure and develop BOARD CPM solutions, including dashboards, workflows, and data models
* Participate in functional design workshops to capture client requirements and translate them into technical specifications
* Collaborate with finance teams to optimise planning, budgeting, and reporting processes
* Support testing, deployment, and user training activities
* Work closely with project managers and other consultants to ensure successful delivery
* Contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing within the team
What profile will I require?
Required:
* Minimum 3+ years of EPM consulting experience, with hands-on BOARD expertise
* Strong understanding of finance processes such as planning, budgeting, and consolidation
* Ability to bridge technical and functional requirements effectively
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Fluent in English
* Willingness to work in a hybrid model from London (visa sponsorship and relocation support available)
Preferred:
* Exposure to other CPM/EPM tools (e.g., Tagetik, OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle EPM)
* Experience in data integration and performance optimisation
* Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to solution design standards
