I am currently supporting a university who are looking to create a new enterprise ecosystem and on-campus incubator hub & weโre looking for a Head of Enterprise & Entrepreneurship to lead it!
This is a senior post reporting to the Director of Careers, working closely with academic leadership to design and deliver a fully integrated enterprise journey across the institution.
๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฅ๐ผ๐น๐ฒ:
- Design and build the entire enterprise function from scratch
- Shape strategy alongside senior leadership (Exec Dean, Deans, Careers)
- Define what an enterprise hub looks and feels like on campus
- Launch a model that connects curriculum โ incubator โ real ventures
๐๐๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐น๐:
- Experience in enterprise and entrepreneurship within a Higher Education context (ideally a WP focused HEI)
- Confidence working with SLT, academic stakeholders and partners
- Ability to build strategy and deliver hands-on
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile environment
- A passion / appetite for entrepreneurship
