Brand Ambassador - Fragrance BRAND AMBASSADOR - FRAGRANCE SELFRIDGES, LONDON FULL TIME, 37.5 HOURS OVER 5 DAYS A WEEK This role will focus on the new Jill Sander and Chloé fragrance collections, where you will be the face of our luxury brands, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving strong sales results for Coty in Selfridges London. THE ROLE OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE As our Brand Ambassador, you will deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, and represent our luxury fragrance brands with pride. You will bring expertise, passion, and a strong commercial mindset to ensure best-in-class execution and unforgettable customer experiences. You will be reporting to the Fragrance Business Manager, and you will manage: 1 Sales & Business Performance Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong performance across Coty KPIs. Build relationships with customers to influence, sell, and upsell. Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge to drive conversion across fragrance collections. Maintain commercial awareness around Coty business performance and competitor activity. 2 - Brand Ambassadorship & Team Collaboration Lead by example and uphold Coty luxury standards in service, grooming, and behaviour. Act as a proud brand ambassador, protecting brand equity and consistently elevating the Coty experience. Build strong relationships with the Coty in-store team and retailer management. Collaborate closely with the Business Manager, Assistant Business Manager, and two Brand Ambassadors. 3 - Operational & Visual Excellence Use iPad tools for communication, reporting, and VM guidelines. Ensure perfect VM execution across fragrance counters and maintain excellent stock presentation. Partner with Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, National Account Managers, Education, and your Area Manager. Contribute to a positive, inclusive, performance-driven team environment. YOU ARE A COTY FIT As an experienced Brand Ambassador in beauty retail, you bring passion for fragrance, luxury, and exceptional service. You are tenacious, driven by sales, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You love connecting with customers and take pride in representing luxury houses. You bring: Knowledge and experience working with luxury fragrance brands (collection experience desirable) Strong retail sales background with KPI and target ownership Ability to build strong relationships with the in-store retail team Flagship store experience and understanding of elevated service standards Are you ready to support and shape the future of beauty?
