We are one of the largest 'reward' issuers in the UK, processing millions of pounds in cashback, gift cards, experiential, and physical incentives. We also provide platforms for loyalty & CRM programs and have built a suite of 'experiential' products, which can be used as rewards within campaigns.

By investing heavily in research, tech, and development, we offer a suite of SAAS products, including gamification platforms, cashback platforms, referral systems, and various reward and discount platforms, along with strategic partnerships with a vast network of brands.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a PHP Developer with experience in software development using best practices and Object-Oriented PHP, with experience in Laravel and modern source code management approaches. Familiarity with open-source technologies is also valued.
We're seeking an enthusiastic person who is willing to learn and grow with the company. The right person must be able to work independently on their own projects and as part of a smaller team (including pair programming).
A quick overview of responsibilities:
* Good experience with Laravel framework (Symfony experience will also be considered).
* Able to effectively review other developers' code and contribute with constructive feedback on code style, naming, and design decisions.
* Good knowledge of Git workflows and comfortable using advanced Git command line tools (rebase, bisect).
* Good experience with MySQL.
* All backend and front-end amends.
* Front and backend end-user testing + browser and application testing.
* Ensure all websites meet minimum accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG AA).
* Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
* Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
* Collaborate with other backend and front-end developers.
* Help backend developers with coding and troubleshooting.
