Responsibilities Managing investor relations and client queries, booking meetings, appointments, and follow-up activities with institutional clients for senior business development directors. Managing the business development pipeline, including managing client databases and tracking leads. Develop and update pitchbooks, marketing materials, investment summaries, technical presentations, and questionnaires. Maintaining the CRM system (Salesforce). Develop an excellent understanding of the firm's real estate strategies and investment philosophy. Coordinating roadshows and other client events. Responding to DDQs and RFPs. Requirements Undergraduate degree (min 2.1). 3-5 years of experience within a private markets distribution role (ideally focused on real estate). Previous experience in asset management, corporate finance, or consultancy. Understanding of the closed-end fundraising process. Fluent in English and French. Excellent knowledge of the real estate market. Excellent written and communication skills. Strong organisational and project management skills. High attention to detail.
