Bradley David Associates is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our clients dynamic team. They operate in the FACILITIES MANAGEMENT sector so experience here is desirable, but not essential. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by sourcing and engaging potential candidates. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You will utilise various tools and platforms to identify talent, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience. Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-4pm £26,000 - £30,000 plus commission, dependent on experience NO PARKING, however close to Shenfield Station As a Recruitment Consultant, you will: Account Manage to deliver on client requirements. Source, screen, and manage candidates for Facilities Management positions. Write and post compelling job adverts across job boards. Search CV databases and maintain strong candidate pipelines. Verify compliance checks (Right to Work, references, documentation). Manage onboarding processes for new starters. Track market trends and pay rates within the Facilities Management industry. Provide reporting and support on recruitment activity and departmental performance. Requirements What We’re Looking For Recruitment or resourcing experience (Facilities Management, Driving, or Industrial preferred but not essential). Strong people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise deadlines. Knowledge of recruitment tools, databases, and job boards. A motivated, professional, and proactive approach.
