Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a warm and established desk within our thriving Industrial division. The Opportunity As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by delivering tailored recruitment solutions to clients across the Banbury area. You will build strong, long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates, ensuring service excellence and consistent achievement of performance targets.
