This traditional main contractor is looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
With a turnover in excess of £60M; its core business is the delivery of construction projects ranging in size from £1million - £10M including both refurbishment and new build.
They carryout projects in all sectors of the market, the largest proportion being in education, industrial and ecclesiastical it also has a strong continuing presence in commercial, private residential, health, sports and leisure.
Whilst the company has considerable experience and history, it is a forward thinking company that strives for perpetual improvement through both innovation and refinement. It is delivery focused and recognises the value that successful project delivery brings.
They are looking for a Contracts Manager who is experienced at looking after three to four projects at a time of varying values and complexities.
You will be required to regularly visit all sites within your control; producing programmes and method statements, the standard and quality of work, the management of safety, the adequacy and accuracy of records, efficiency, security, use of plant and materials, the correct use of sub-contractors and labour and the company’s image.

Salary starting from £90,000 per annum plus car / allowance and benefits
