JOB TITLE: Personal Injury Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ years

SALARY: £50,000 DOE
The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join a well established claimant team. You will manage a high-volume caseload of 150+ claimant PI matters, handling a mix of RTA, EL and PL files across both fast track and multi-track work. The role will involve working within the MOJ Portal, progressing matters from inception through to settlement and engaging regularly with clients, insurers and third parties. You will be joining a busy but supportive team environment, with access to modern case management systems and administrative support.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' experience in claimant personal injury work and a proven ability to independently manage a substantial caseload. You will have strong working knowledge of the MOJ Portal and experience handling RTA, EL and PL claims across varying levels of complexity. Solid IT skills are required, and familiarity with Proclaim would be advantageous. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside strong organisational ability, attention to detail and the capability to prioritise effectively within a fast-paced environment. A collaborative approach and the ability to work well as part of a team are essential.
