Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Type:Temp to perm for the right candidate
Location:South Woodham FerrersCM3 (Due to the location, own transport is required)
Job Description:We are seeking Production Operatives for our client, a busy factory in South Woodham Ferrers. This role involves various production tasks and does not require previous experience as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assembling parts and metal units
* Gluing
* Using screwdrivers and drills (Not all jobs)
* Packing products
* General production work in a busy factory environment
Knowledge & Skills:
* No prior experience is necessary
* Attention to detail and good communication skills
* Ability to work well within a team and maintain a positive attitude
* Adherence to health and safety regulations
Ideal Candidates Will:
* Be reliable, flexible, and trustworthy
* Be willing to learn and take on new tasks
* Have their own transport due to the location
