SECTION A – POSITION/ROLE DETAILS Job Title Campaign Walk-to-Work / Shutdown Planner – Triton Incumbent Vacancy Staff / Contractor Contractor Reports functionally to Where roles have operational focus but a functional reporting line Campaign Team Lead Reports operationally to Day to day reporting Campaign Team Lead Roles that report to this position N/A Onshore / Offshore Onshore Base Location Aberdeen Emergency Response Team Role N/A Job Summary Describe why the job exists Responsible for all planning and scheduling activities for the Triton FPSO Shutdown, significant & complex standalone Project scopes and Walk-to-Work Campaign. Preparing detailed shutdown plans in Primavera P6(i.e. full field shutdowns, maintenance Campaigns, standalone Projects and other planned production outages) and maintaining the resulting baseline. Reference is made to the latest organisation chart on the ODMS. SECTION B – JOB CONTENT Roles and Responsibilities Describe the key responsibilities and outputs of the job in order of importance. Describe the job’s scope, such as area of influence, geographic scope of operations, etc. This role has the following responsibilities and outputs: Develop all aspects of our Walk-to-Work Campaign for 2026, from initial development through to close-out. Build a detailed schedule of activities including all logic-linked activities, shared resources and / or equipment, vendor and other resource planning. Liaison and interface with Walk-to-Work and Vessel Co-ordinator / Shutdown Co-ordinator and wider Shutdown support team, Operations, Logistics and shutdown materials controller as well as Activity Owners and Responsible Job Engineers. Working with key stakeholders to develop executional plans for significant & complex standalone Projects. Forming strong collegiate working relationships with planning peers (asset planner, CMMS scheduler and POB co-ordinator) within the Triton asset management team – peer assist, review and role cover. ​ Key Accountabilities: Constructing and maintaining basis of schedule for shutdown plans. Early identification of schedule risk and collaborating with Activity Owners to mitigate identified risks. Ensuring work packs / scopes of work and materials are suitably challenged and accurately captured in the shutdown plan. Measuring planning performance to relevant metrics and indicators required by the shutdown process and IAPS during all phases of the shutdown process but particularly during execution. Identifying improvements to the shutdown and planning process. Complying with integrated activity planning and scheduling process. Preparing shutdown and Project plans, incorporating third party data, ensuring plans are baselined appropriately and deliverables are optimised for production efficiency including SIMOPs identification and mitigation. Preparing shutdown planning data in support of annual business plan cycle. Contributing to Integrated Activity Planning improvement, by the identification and execution of best industry practise. Familiarise with the work and be aware of all associated risks for People, the Environment, Assets and Reputation (PEAR) Understand and comply with their roles and responsibilities Fully participate in the Dana Serious About Safety Program and additional HSEQ training or instruction by or on behalf of Dana Petroleum Safety Oversight: Ensure all safety standards and procedures are strictly followed.Report any incident, near miss, hazards (unsafe acts/situations) and improvement suggestions Risk Management: Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate identified risks. Ensure all risk assessments are correctly documented. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and standards, ensuring all correspondence is correctly recorded and cascaded. ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ SECTION C – COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS Job specific skills and knowledge Describe the specific, technical and business skills and knowledge required to perform this job including (if applicable) educational requirements Previous experience in a Shutdown, Campaign and Project planning environment is required. Proficient in use of Primavera in shutdowns, including industrial maintenance and operational planning experience. Competent in computerised maintenance management systems (Maximo). Technical Degree / HNC or equivalent engineering qualification is desirable. Solid experience of production operations and experience in a planning role.
