HSEQ ManagerHome-based with travel across NW, Midlands, areas of SE & SW12-month FTC initially, with a high likelihood of going permanent£55,000 - £65,000 plus packageI am working with a specialist EV Charging company who are searching for a health, safety, environmental & quality specialist to join the team and support them across their network of sites. The position will be based from home but will be 50/50 split between home and travel to sites across the country, traditionally sites across based across the central region of the country and M1 corridor but also down towards the Southwest. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a highly regulated industry, including oil & gas, manufacturing, LV/HV or renewables industries.The HSEQ Specialist will be responsible for:Work as part of a team in managing and leading HSEQ across the business.Deputising for the Head of HSEQ when requiredSupport the business in the implementation and management of ISO Management SystemsTravel to sites to support the growth of a positive and proactive H&S cultureConduct audits and RAMS on sites across UKSupport/lead on accident or incident or investigation when required.The HSEQ Specialist will have:3 years+ of experience working in health & safetyPrevious experience working in highly regulated industriesWorking knowledge of ISO Management Systems, including the implementation and management of these systemsNEBOSH certificate minimum, ideally working towards Diploma levelHands on experience in quality would be highly desiredDriving license is a must due to travel requirementsStrong communicator, both verbal and writtenVacancy Owner: Phillip Muston | Phillip.muston@shirleyparsons.com
