OTE £34,000 per annum (basic pay + overtime + on‑call allowance + bonuses)

About the role
* Travelling to residential sites via HGV in a two‑person team, around the region, powering a high‑pressure water jet for restoration.
* Clean, clear and maintain drainage systems.
* Record each job report correctly on the specialist equipment provided.
* Run diagnostics and repairs on drains.
* Deliver good customer service.
* Maintain good H&S practice while carrying out works.
* Ensure vehicle stock is full and replenished.
* Comply with health and safety responsibilities (PPE, safe site set‑ups protecting employees, the public and other road users).
* Utilise VISTEC and Salesforce platforms.
* Liaise with the client regarding progress and any updates.
* Work unsupervised in all weather conditions, using correct PPE, lone‑worker system etc.
* Dynamically risk‑assess site access & working conditions on arrival.
* Provide support to your colleagues.
* Conduct thorough inspections of tools, equipment and plant before/after use.
* Report any defects or malfunctions in regards to training.
* Carry out risk assessments and have a mature approach to risk perception.
* Be aware of all Lanes Group policies and your responsibilities towards them.
* Perform any other reasonable ad‑hoc duties requested by management.
About you
The ideal candidate will be hard‑working, respectful, and comply with health and safety standards. Experience with high‑pressure jetting equipment is useful but not essential. Other drainage qualifications (e.g., NRSWA and Confined Spaces) are an advantage.
