The role: Deliver events that drive impact worldwide Reporting to the Head of Defence Marketing & Communications, you will coordinate the planning and execution of 40 events and exhibitions that enhance brand visibility, strengthen relationships and support Systematic's wider marketing and communications campaigns. You will ensure that every event, from major global trade shows to customer briefings and internal gatherings, runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression. This role blends strategic input with hands-on delivery, managing the full event life cycle and coordinating closely with the wider team. Your responsibilities: Planning and execution of high-profile international trade shows, conferences and customer events - ensuring seamless delivery and strong brand representation at every touchpoint. Support the implementation of the annual Defence events programme, working closely with the Head of Defence Marketing & Communications to align activities with campaign objectives. Manage event workstreams across the team - coordinating tasks, timelines and responsibilities to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery. Work closely with the Marketing Campaigns and Communications teams to integrate event communications - from pre-event promotion to post-event engagement. Manage suppliers, budgets, logistics and schedules to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. Partner with Business Development teams to support lead generation and customer engagement opportunities. The team: Join a collaborative and global team You will be a member of the Defence Marketing & Communications team, which is spread across three locations in Denmark, Germany and the UK. Your primary workspace will be our Farnborough office, working alongside half of the Defence MarCom team while collaborating daily with colleagues across locations. You bring: Event management expertise, excellent execution and a commitment to quality You bring solid, mid-level experience in event management - ideally within defence, technology or B2B sectors - and a proven track record of delivering complex international events. You understand how events fit within integrated communications and marketing campaigns, and you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
