About the Role
You will manage a varied caseload, with a primary focus on Military Noise claims, alongside asbestos and other respiratory disease cases. This is a chance to work on complex and impactful matters where your expertise will make a real difference to clients’ lives.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle a portfolio of industrial disease claims, including Military Noise, asbestos, and other respiratory cases.
* Manage matters from initial instruction to resolution, ensuring first‑class client service.
* Deliver clear, expert legal advice with a compassionate approach.
* Keep meticulous, compliant case records.
* Collaborate with colleagues to drive team success and share expertise.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3‑4 years’ PQE.
* Proven track record in industrial disease litigation — ideally asbestos and respiratory claims.
* Strong advocacy, negotiation, and case management skills.
* Excellent communication skills with a client‑first approach.
* Confident working independently and as part of a team.
