We seek a warm, enthusiastic individual to join as a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant. Your role will be to assist the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing engaging activities that promote residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being.
Other Responsibilities Include:
* Maintaining a safe environment and supporting the home's professional image.
* Reporting changes in residents’ physical or emotional states.
* Supporting the ordering and preparation of activity supplies.
* Establishing links with the local community to promote intergenerational activities.

* Understand the role of interaction in well-being.
* Have a positive attitude towards older people and a commitment to stimulating activities.
* Previous experience working with older people in a residential or dementia setting.
