Installer - Permanent Position Location: Brackley Salary: £25,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30 The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Permanent Installer to join a well-established company based in Brackley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on experience who takes pride in their work and is looking for a long-term, stable role. This position would suit someone with a background as a Carpenter or anyone confident using hand and power tools .
Key Responsibilities Installing high-quality products to client specifications. Using hand and power tools confidently and safely. Measuring, cutting, and fitting materials with precision.
Assisting with assembly, adjustments, and quality checks. Working as part of a small, friendly team to deliver excellent results. Maintaining a clean and safe work space at all times.
Requirements Previous experience with hand tools is essential. Background in carpentry, fitting, or general maintenance/handyman work preferred. CSCS card preferred but not required.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physically fit and able to carry out manual work.
