An exciting 12 month secondment opportunity has become available within NSFT Secure Services' Integrated Mental Health and Justice pathway across Norfolk and Suffolk. This is an opportunity to be part of a unique team supporting people from point of arrest and throughout their journey within the criminal justice system.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Admin Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will assist with the administration and data collection for the Integrated Mental Health and Justice Pathway.


Main duties of the job

The post holder will have oversight of the business support provision supporting the Services' three service lines. In return you will be welcomed into the wider Secure Services of NSFT which provide inpatient, criminal justice and community services for offenders with mental health problems.

Full support from the experienced and friendly Secure Services Admin Team will be available including an induction package and opportunity to rotate through the pathway to gain knowledge and experience.

Job responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

* Assisting senior managers and teams to own their data and information
* Helping to develop the Care Groups business continuity and resilience plans under the direction of the Business Support Manager
* Line managing the key administrative and business support staff across the care group, including recruitment and budget support.
* Working with other deputies and BSMs to share good learning and implement new solutions to drive performance, data quality, and good patient care
* Working with the Contracts, Performance, and Information team to develop reporting mechanisms to support excellent standards of patient car

Please note this is fixed term contract until 31st March 2027

£32,073 to £39,043 a year gross per annum


Qualifications

* NVQ 4 in Business Administration or equivalent
* NVQ 2 in Customer Services
* Diploma in business studies or business administration or equivalent


Other

* Ability to travel independently.


Experience

* Supervision of a team of staff
* Understanding of data quality and performance indicators.


Skills

* Excellent communication skills within a range of situations.
* Experience in motivating staff and performance management
