About the role:

As a Health Champion, you’ll be joining an enthusiastic and hardworking team of colleagues that work together to make a positive difference to the lives of their patients. Responsibilities include:
* Delivering exceptional customer service, providing health advice and services to our patients through engaging conversations. Ensuring that every customer leaves the pharmacy feeling informed and confident about their healthcare needs.
* Keeping the shop floor fully stocked and ready for customers through accepting and working deliveries and completing stock takes.
* Assisting with sales and general store duties including creating product displays and cash transactions.
About You
We’re looking for people with a genuine passion for customer service and who will be ambassadors for healthcare in our pharmacies. To be successful, you’ll need to:
* Build meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues.
* Have an upbeat, caring, and confident manner when serving and advising patients.
* Be enthusiastic and eager to take on new challenges and experiences.
* Have a methodical and accurate approach to practical tasks, using your initiative and teamwork skills.
* Experience in retail and using a stock control system is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided.
