Junior sales support coordinator

Job Title: Junior Sales Support Coordinator (6-month Temp to Perm : Immediate Start)
Location: Bolton (BL5) (Hybrid - 2 days WFH)
Salary: £26,000-£28,000 DOE

They currently have a bottleneck in the team - a team of Sales Administrators rely on one central Sales Support specialist to handle estimating and break down incoming enquiries into clear, manageable pieces. They need an extra pair of hands to keep the workflow efficient and ensure nothing gets missed.



What you'll be doing

1. Supporting the estimation process and breaking down customer enquiries into actionable tasks

2. Working closely with Sales Administrators to gather accurate information

3. Updating internal systems and spreadsheets (basic Excel skills are enough!)

4. Asking questions when something isn't clear - they encourage curiosity, not guesswork
