We have an exciting opportunity to join Capgemini as a Network Operations Analyst who will work with a variety of Private & Public sector clients within our vast portfolio. Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) provides assistance at all levels for a multitude of technologies across complex landscapes, providing expertise to deliver a stable, secure, efficient and well managed infrastructure, over the full lifecycle of each solution. As an integral part of a Network Operations Centre, you’ll have fantastic opportunities to develop both yourself and our collective capabilities performing a mixture of RUN and Project activities with other likeminded Network Analysts. Troubleshoot and configure enterprise networks.
Be responsible for Network incident diagnostics/resolution.
Network change implementation.
Undertake Project Tasks, assisting both internal and external Project Managers.
Continue to strengthen and bolster your existing capabilities through a mix of professional training, certifications, and experiences.

In-depth experience of Cisco ACI software defined networks (multi-site & multi-pod).
Experienced in working with Firewalls (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco Firepower, Cisco ASA & AnyConnect Remote Access).
