A renowned creative design studio is seeking an organised, proactive, and personable Office Coordinator to become an integral part of their dynamic team. This varied role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping projects, people, and processes running smoothly in a fast-paced, creative environment.

You’ll be at the heart of the studio’s operations, the friendly problem-solver who ensures that designers, clients, and suppliers all have what they need. Every day will bring something different, from coordinating schedules to liaising with high-profile clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing day-to-day operational and administrative support to senior leaders
* Managing diaries, meetings, and appointments for team members
* Coordinating studio communications, documents, and progress reports
* Attending project meetings and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
* Processing and tracking timesheets, invoices, and supplier details
* Supporting new team members with onboarding and IT setup
* Monitoring leave and ensuring studio resources run efficiently
* Being the first point of contact for visitors and clients
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years’ experience in an administrative, studio, or project support role within a creative or high-end professional environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in
* Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and high-profile clients
