Job Description
Traveling Superintendent Duties:
1. Develop the Project Vision and Create the Project Schedule
2. Supervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met
3. Ability to predict and overcome project challenges
4. Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers
5. Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work
6. Maintain OSHA requirements
7. Mentor less experienced construction professionals
8. Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractor
10. Travel required

The Successful Applicant
11. 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent
12. 5+ years of relevant tilt wall construction experience
13. Multiple projects completed successfully as a Lead Superintendent
14. Technically-savvy individuals will be more successful due to the increased use of technology on jobsites
15. Must be willing to travel
